We help remove roadblocks such as fear, procrastination, perfectionism, and through subsequent sessions, hold our clients accountable for remaining on the path to success.

A: Without a balanced life you don't have a solid base to begin to make changes in your life. A coach helps you determine what it means to balance your life. Having a coach will help you find out what you really want and what goals you want to set is the first course of action.
Q: Where does coaching take place?
A: Individual coaching takes place in the comfort of your home, your office or other quieter settings. I also offer via telephone sessions if you are unable to meet in person.
Q: How long are the sessions?
A: Sessions are for 1 hour via face-to-face or via telephone option.
Q: What if I only need few visits?
A: During your consultation visit, coach and client will establish how many visits will be necessary.

Q: Can I pay for coaching in an advance?
A: YES, please notify coach in advance by phone call or email so that payment can be set up before services begin.
Q: What if I want someone to come with me in support?
A: Yes, this is absolutely okay, but the client must notify coach in advance and MUST understand the purpose of your session is solely and designed for you to meet your needs. Pricing of services may change if the client decides that he or she would like for the support to attend more than one session. 2 or more individuals becomes a group plan where prices may vary.
Q: How much coaching do you recommend?
A: Individual sessions are optimal when they are held two times a month. I’ve found that these frequencies allow us to properly track and support the realization of your plans. Some clients make coaching an integral part of their life. But perhaps right now you are only seeking help for a specific situation. That’s fine. I recommend 9-18 months in order to see lasting change.
